Just spent the night at Victoria and had a lovely stay! Ian, the owner, was super helpful, and I appreciated the clean, spacious room with a nice view. The free parking and kitchen access made everything so convenient. A bit noisy from the bus station, though.

The beds provided a solid night's sleep, with great comfort throughout the stay. Cleanliness was on point, and the powerful showers made for a refreshing experience.
Even with the convenience of public transport right outside, the idling bus engines became an unwelcome noise during the stay. The temperature in the hotel was uncomfortably warm, requiring the use of a fan and open windows to maintain some comfort.

characterful ambiance, spotlessly clean facilities, convenient self-service kitchen
The temperature needs better regulation, as it felt uncomfortably warm!!! Road noise during the day could be bothersome for light sleepers. Holywell itself lacks any compelling attractions or dining options, leading to limited experiences!!!

I loved the warm welcome from Ian at the hotel. The room was spacious and clean with great tea and coffee facilities. I appreciated the access to the kitchen, which had free cereals and hot drinks available. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a refreshing night's sleep. Free parking right behind the hotel was a bonus. I did find the temperature in the hotel a bit too warm at times, even with a fan provided. there was some noise from the buses outside, especially when they idled near the stop. Regardless of these minor issues, I really enjoyed my stay!
